Support Circle enables you to register as the responsible party for a Support Page. As a Support Page Administrator you will be able to post content to your Support Page.

To ensure patient privacy, as adminstrator you agree that you are authorized by the the patient, parent, or guardian to create a Support Page.

At registration, we ask that you provide your email address and/or phone number so that a) we can contact you for any support issues, and b) that visitors to the Support Page will have a contact point, should they need more information from an authorized family member or friend.

To address the privacy and security needs of each Support Page client, we provide various levels of security. For Visitor access, you may optionally assign a password to access the page and to be able to send messages. For Administration, you may assign an optional separate password to be able to provide status updates and other content updates that can only be done on the administration pages.

Information you submit during registration is for internal use, only. We do not share your information with anyone outside supportcircle.com.

If a Visitor does not know or has forgotten the password for a Support Page, he or she must contact the Support Page Administrator for this information. Any Visitor requests that are sent directly to supportcircle.com will be forwarded to the Administrator for permission.

You will need to set your browser to accept cookies to use our service. If you reject cookies, you will not be able to use our products or services and you may not be able to take full advantage of all offerings.  We will only send you a temporary session cookie which is not saved on your hard disk. Once you close your browser, the cookie simply terminates. This cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our Site.

SupportCircle.com provides its Members with messaging services, such as a message board, in which they may communicate with a limited community of family and friends. The Member’s name and message will be disclosed within this limited community.  Any content entered on a Support Page is posted and available to everyone who has accepted an invitation to that particular Support Page, but is not otherwise publicly available on the Web.  When you voluntarily contribute to a Support Page, keep in mind that the information they disclose can be collected and used by others who visit that Support Page.
